Matthew is the youngest Son of Lynn Epperson. Matt married a little lady, Adrienne from Archdale, NC. Her grandfather was saved under the ministry of the Singing Echoes. We would have never thought that years later, Wimpy's little girl would be Matt's little wife! Matt has traveled with the group since he was in high school. He is one of the best mandolin players on the road. Matt has a captivating spirit about him, that has to be experienced to understand. Some might not understand his excitement, but he is never ashamed to sing for Jesus. With songs straight from the heart, he has sang songs like "I'm Prepared," "I Laid It All Down," "The Great Falling Away," "What a Savior is He," and "I Know." Matt has written songs for the group, "The Battle," We Are Here," and he teamed up with Jeremy to write "I Know." Matt sings with all his heart, and has truly blessed folks for his sincere desire to uplift the name of Jesus. He enjoys most any foods, and enjoys cooking.
